There has been the bubble dress, the Kermit the Frog outfit and that meat dress.   And this month, Lady Gaga appeared to have reached the heights of outrageous fashion when she hatched from an egg at the Grammy Awards and emerged in an outfit 'inspired by a latex condom' with horns sprouting from her head.   After that, it would be understandable if the singer had run out of shock tactics, and indeed, Gaga opted for a far simpler style for a recent photoshoot - posing in nothing at all.   While she didn't need to worry about complicated headwear and squeezing herself into PVC costumes, the photoshoot is just as shocking as her usual antics.
