After the ACL last two workshops for companies and entrepreneurs on Internet Business Concepts and Revenue Mobilization, the NHS Charity came up with a team network of telecommuting workers or web experts to create over 1,000 instant job opportunities for ordinary people.
The concept was quite simple and looks very enterprising as the mantle of leadership and control was left in the hands of members of the team. One of the greatest challenges of web base projects and initiative involving money and finance is transparency and accountability. Putting the management of the NHS Team Network in the hands of already members makes the whole process transparent and accountable.
With revenue and other trivia issues handle by members who are formed into excos or executives, there will be little challenges when it comes to sustainability of the project.
NHS Charity gets just 10% of the monthly revenue with the other 90% totally distributed to members of the NHS Team network. Salaries or income above N50,000 was projected and it looks very feasible.
The emphasis is on teamwork and also creating extra income as we learn.
