As part of the ACL recruitment training and our programs to integrate and train more Africans to gain real and practical knowledge on how to use Internet technology at a professional level, we will be starting our Professional Web Content Management Course on Monday 11 January 2010. The training is FREE and will be done through our Live Meeting Discussion technology on Impenia.com.
This online course is a crash course required to be taken by any person interested in joining the ACL Group and those interested in becoming professional web content managers. Web content management and optimization is the core of every web media. It is the base skill set required for every expert at ACL Group.

Every portal needs a content manager to get its articles and information to internet users around the world. Content managers hold the key to getting this done. Course Structure, Documentation and Certification
The training is been done by NHS Charity IT School for ACL. The main goal of this course is to help every participant acquire true web technology skills that can drive major changes on our continent.
The course will run for 2 weeks (Monday – Saturday). At the end of the training, an online examination or testing will be taken. Successful participants will be issued the NHS Web Content Manager Certificate with an automatic incorporation into the ACL development team as editor and web content manager either as telecommuting, part time or full time member of the team.
Note:
The automatic incorporation is for only those who applied to join the ACL team.
Course Timing of Courseware
Courseware will be made available on the impenia.com portal daily at 17:00GMT (6:00pm Nigeria time). All participants are expected to study this courseware, ask questions and clarifications using the ACL Group feed at Impenia.com.
